Exclusive Secondary Focus Fair (Baltics), Feb 2023

February 23, 2023, Tallinn, Estonia, Radisson Blu Hotel Olympia

February 25, 2023, Riga, Latvia, Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija;

February 26, 2023, Vilnius, Lithuania, Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva;

For many years specialized education abroad fairs organized by Baltic Council for International Education in cooperation with the leading Latvian education agency Meridian Group remain the most successful and cost-effective international student recruitment events attended by thousands of unique visitors.

During the boutique event "Exclusive Secondary Focus Fair" directors and representatives of private schools and colleges from different countries will meet face-to-face with their future students and their parents. The forthcoming event opens great opportunities for education providers to increase international student enrolments.

In order to provide maximally efficient student recruitment results, the "Exclusive Secondary Focus Fair" will be organized on the same dates and in the same locations with the main event “Days of International Education” by applying a “2 in 1” event format principle which proved to be a very successful and effective solution during our previous events.

This means that in some locations, where the configuration and shape of the conference centres and rooms allow, secondary education providers will be allocated in a separate conference room, in order not to mix up with the universities and other types of educators.

In some other locations all educators will be placed in big “open space” conference rooms, divided into conditional separate zones (universities / business schools, schools/college, language schools/camps, etc).
The final decision regarding the allocation of secondary education providers will be made shortly prior to the event, depending on the final number and types of educators registered, in order to provide a maximally effective and logical flow of visitors during the event.

A specialized Fair’s promotion campaign is aimed at the attraction of local families interested in the following programmes for their children: basic and secondary education, foundation and immersion programmes, university pathways, short and long-term academic courses. The promotion campaign will include advertising in well-known local VIP magazines and business periodicals, popular radio stations, mailouts to companies and organizations, placing information at local secondary schools and business centres, social networks and other channels.

Visitors of the fair – schoolchildren and their parents looking for qualitative education opportunities for their children at private schools and colleges abroad.

Thank you for this and indeed for all of your assistance, kindness, and hospitality last week.
As you know this was my first trip to the Baltic and I thought it was brilliantly organised and I am so grateful to you for all of your personal input into everything associated with this visit.

I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts, and of course all your team, at the Fair over the last week.  As usual it was well organised, and I saw lots of students.  The majority of which were organised, and knew what they wanted

Please accept my sincere thanks for a wonderful fair.  It was well organised, the hotel and conference facilities were good and I felt that I was well cared for throughout.  I enjoyed visiting the countries and I gained a good feel of what the families were looking for.
