- 10 % discount from participation fees if booked by June 30
- 5 % discount from participation fees if booked by July 31

The fees include: participation in the fairs, brief information in the fair’s guide, name badges, workplace with electricity and Wi-Fi, evening receptions & dinners according to the fair's plan, coffee breaks and snacks, promotion of the event and its participants.
